MHPCA is a 501(c)(3) dedicated to supporting hospice and palliative care throughout MO. Your donations and purchases help us advocate and provide education on important topics regarding end of life care. This is an amazing cause & we are so happy you're here!

 Refund Policy

Butterfly Treasure Hospice Resale Shop is a nonprofit that supports hospice.  We do not haggle prices or refunds for purchases.  Please be sure you want the item you purchase before you check out.  We are happy to supply a gift certificate under specific circumstances.  Buyers understand that some items are gently used items donated to our store in support of our mission.  We attempt to be transparent regarding the condition of items we sell in our description.  It is the responsibility of the customer to read that information and view pictures prior to making a purchase.

 

Shipping Policy

We make every attempt to ship in a way that is supportive of our shoppers.  We offer both economy and standard shipping.  We are a small nonprofit business which means we may not be available to ship until our organization's next business day.  We are closed for standard holidays which may also affect when we are able to ship items.  Butterfly Treasure Hospice Boutique endeavors to ship in 2-4 business days after a purchase.  Thank  you for your support.
